This is a multiuse Victorian building in a Heritage Conservation area that our client engaged us to modernise the interior which evolved into the creation of three luxury apartments with a contemporary addition juxtaposed against and complimentary to the original structure. We project managed this process right through the DA engaging a Heritage Consultant and a Town Planner as well as other valued consultants to the project. Construction on this project is due to start in February 2021.
